When I switch to lightbox view, then click one of the quicktime thumbnails, the light box opens but only shows a generic image icon rather than the clip/preview:
That is a symptom of either a) microservices not running or b) a file type that we do not support (unlikely).
Can you send me (via private email) the full path of the file? I can determine what is going on
